Location: Hybrid – London (Warren Street) | WFH Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, Office Wednesday & Friday

CodexFit is an emerging gym management platform designed to make running gyms and studios seamless. We’re on a mission to deliver an intuitive, powerful platform that competes with the likes of Arketa and Mindbody — and we need a Product Lead to take ownership of our platform, lead our clients’ success, and drive the development roadmap forward.

ABOUT THE JOB

As Project Manager you'll be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization, budget and timeline. Your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time successfully. You'll collaborate with teams of photographers, visual designers and more. As Project Manager, you'll remove blockers for your team and synch with all relevant stakeholders. You'll own detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation. Your work will be one of the most important components that make our projects successful.

CodexFit is a rapidly emerging competitor to industry giants like Mindbody and Momence, built specifically for boutique gyms seeking modern, intuitive, and reliable software. First launched in 2020, CodexFit has grown organically—powered almost entirely by word of mouth—into a platform now trusted by hundreds of studios worldwide. In 2025, we unveiled a full platform rebuild along with a brand-new app, marking a major leap forward in performance, design, and usability. Now, with a strong foundation and a global community behind us, it’s time to level up and bring CodexFit to even more studios around the world.

What you'll do...

• Own the product roadmap, working closely with our dev team to define, prioritise, and roll out features.
  

• Manage existing clients, assisting with our Client Success Team to ensure they’re successful, happy, and confident using CodexFit.
  

• Lead testing, QA, and feature rollouts, ensuring smooth launches and a high-quality product experience.
  

• Act as the bridge between clients and the product team, translating user feedback into actionable improvements.
  

• Monitor and analyse platform metrics, identifying opportunities to improve usability, adoption, and retention.
  
  

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure client needs and product capabilities are aligned.
  

• Contribute to the overall strategic direction of CodexFit, helping shape our growth and success.

What we’re looking for...

• Proven experience in product management, client success, or account management within a SaaS environment.
  

• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, workflows, and client-focused solutions.
  

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  

• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects, balancing client needs with product development goals.
  

• A proactive, hands-on approach with an eye for detail and quality.
  

• Analytical mindset — you love turning feedback and data into actionable product improvements.
